People who need an invitation letter for Visa are invited to send their request to imc2016@imo.net. Please, provide you legal private domicile or professional address, passport number and the address of the Dutch consulate where your visa application will be submitted.

We are sorry to inform you that all single and double rooms have been booked. At this moment it is only possible to book accommodation in a 4-person bed room. Depending on the final number of participants in the weeks before the IMC maybe some extra single of double rooms will become available. If you are interested please note this when registering in the field "Comments or specific instructions" . We will contact you on a first come first serve basis when single or double rooms will be available.
